Platform workers in Estonia could benefit from collective agreements
What is the purpose of digital platform work, what challenges do platform workers face, and how can these complexities be mitigated? To find answers to these questions, the Ministry of Social Affairs commissioned economist Kaire Holts of Tallinn University to conduct study on Estonian platform employees. The study confirmed some of the problems and dispelled popular misconceptions.
