Court: Defense forces member unfairly dismissed over Covid vaccine refusal
A court has ruled that an Estonian Defense Forces (EDF) employee was unfairly dismissed, after the individual failed to present a Covid vaccination certificate, and awarded them three months’ pay as compensation.
