The collective agreement signed by EMSA and OÜ TLG Hotell

On March 25, OÜ TLG Hotell and EMSA signed a collective agreement, which will enter into force on 01.05.2026 and will be valid for two years, i.e. until 30.04.2028.

The new addition to the collective agreement on minimum position-based salaries will enter into force on 01.07.2026 and will be valid until 30.04.2027.

EMSA Chairman Jüri Lember: “In a very difficult situation in the tourism industry, when the number of accommodation and catering service consumers has been on a downward trend again since the beginning of the year, which is largely related to the uncertain global economic environment, wars and thus unpredictable inflation, we still found a solution together with the employer for a collective wage increase of between +3.3 and +7.7%, with an emphasis on a higher wage increase for lower-paid positions, where there are no opportunities to earn bonuses, because that is where the biggest problem with monthly survival is. The salaries of employees with an hourly wage of over 10 euros will be reviewed after the end of the 3rd quarter. Both parties to the negotiation were forced to make corrections to their initial visions, but this is how constructive negotiations should take place.”
